About Christina zeller
Christina Zeller is a textile and fashion designer currently living and working in Encinitas, California. Her artwork reflects her passion for color, shape, and composition, and her extensive global experiences provide a rich cultural inspiration for her pieces.
As a Swiss native, Christina earned her Master’s degree in textile art from the Kunstwerbeschule Basel, Switzerland. After establishing a successful design career in Europe, she moved to Southern California with her American husband, Kevin Farrell, AIA, a local award-winning architect.
In the United States, Christina continued designing for various clothing companies and developed a variety of textiles in Bali, Indonesia. She nurtured her creativity while serving as the Design Director for Fashion Careers at California College, mentoring aspiring designers and artists.
Christina founded CZDesign Company, offering fashion and manufacturing consulting services based on her extensive knowledge of the textile and fashion manufacturing business. Christina is also an active member of the San Dieguito Art Guild and regularly exhibits her work at the SDAG gallery in Encinitas, along with several other galleries, restaurants, and libraries. She also participates in the annual Arts Alive fundraiser for the City of Encinitas.
