About Christina zeller

Christina Zeller is a textile and fashion designer, currently working and living in Encinitas, California. Not only is her passion for color, shape, and composition evident in her artwork, but her vast global experiences instill a strong sense of culture and inspiration into her pieces. 

As a Swiss native, she received her textile art degree at the Kunstwerbeschule in Basel, Switzerland. Following a successful clothing line in Europe, she moved to Southern California with her American husband, local award-winning Architect, Kevin Farrell, AIA

Successful in the US designing for a variety of clothing companies and developing textiles in Bali, Indonesia, she continued to nurture her innate creative side. As Design Director for Fashion Careers of California College, Christina continued developing her passion for color, composition, and design all while mentoring young and upcoming designers and artists in the industry.

Christina founded CZDesign Company in 2008, offering services as a fashion and manufacturing consultant utilizing her extensive knowledge of the textile manufacturing business. She is an active member of the San Dieguito Art Guild and exhibits regularly at the SDAG gallery in Encinitas along with Solterra Wine Bar, Pannikin Leucadia and Del Mar Oceanside Library and the San Dieguito Art Guild.  Christina is also a participant in the annual Arts Alive Fundraiser for the City of Encinitas. She also participates in the yearly Mother's Day Art Tour featuring her Bali-inspired home and exhibiting her wonderful art.
